Enterprise, for riding schools and yards
One system for the school, its coaches and its students.
The Principal runs the school's coaches, classes, students, horses, tack and records from one console. Coaches teach inside it and pay nothing themselves. Students and parents use Riding Hall free.
From subscribing to the first lesson
Six steps, the same for every school. Each booking lands in the school's calendar, the coach's diary and the student's bookings at once.
The school subscribes
The Principal gets the School console, with coach seats included. Administrators can be given only the parts of the console they need.
Coaches are invited
A coach under the school's plan teaches only for the school. Their portal shows the school's diary, the riders the school sends, their bookings and payments, tack, messages and notices.
Classes are set up
For each coach, the Principal sets the class, the days and times, the length, the price, the places and how students pay: by card, at the lesson, or by payment link.
Students register once
The school shares one registration link. A student, or a parent for a child, registers and every coach at the school takes them on together.
Students buy and book
A student buys a class and chooses a time. By card, the money goes to the school's own Stripe account and the times open as soon as Stripe confirms. Paid on arrival, the class is booked at once and the coach marks it paid after the lesson.
The record keeps itself
Payments, attendance, the horse's minutes and the coach's notes follow the booking into the school's record. A class that has been taught is used, and the student books another.
What the school keeps in one place
Tack and equipment inventory
Every saddle, bridle and item of kit with a reference, size, serial number, the horse it fits, where it is kept and its cost. A defect takes an item out of service at once until someone with sign-off returns it. The daily checklist is completed against a name and a time, and never edited afterwards.
Client records (CRM)
Each rider's details, emergency contact, notes pinned to a class, lessons and payments in one record. Riders sign the school's Code of Conduct, and the school sees who is cleared to ride and what is missing.
Horses and rides
Passport and microchip numbers, height, maximum rider weight, weekly rest day, care calendar and daily checks, with an append-only ride ledger of the minutes each horse has worked.
The licence record
The records England's riding establishment licence conditions ask a school to keep: licence and insurance dates, vet inspection, first aid and safeguarding officer, risk assessments, the accident book, the horse register and rider registrations. The Compliance Centre names what is missing or about to expire and prepares an audit pack. What it covers
Control and oversight
A coach never deletes a record outright: the request goes to the Principal, who decides, and the decision is kept. Every sensitive act is on the school's audit trail.
Messages and notices
A notice board to every coach and a thread with each one, under the school's own name and logo.
Join as a school
Choose your plan and pay on Stripe's secure page. The moment the payment is confirmed, the school's console is ready and we email the Principal's sign-in instructions.
On the first sign-in you can book a free set-up meeting with us, if you would like help inviting your coaches and setting up your classes.

Teaching on your own?
The independent plan is one coach and one seat, with the same tools for your own work: the diary and classes, bookings and card payments into your own Stripe account, client records, your horses and ride ledger, your own tack register and a place in the directory. The Principal's console, allocating work between coaches, the Compliance Centre and school analytics belong to the school plan.
