Enter your email on Sign in and we send you a link. It lasts fifteen minutes and works once; check your junk folder. If nothing arrives after a few tries, ask us below.

Find your coach or school under Find a trainer or school and register with them. Riding Hall is free for riders and parents.

Open Classes. You need to finish Registration and sign the Code of Conduct first; then choose a class and pay by card.

Under Classes, on each lesson. You get an email when one is ready. Videos stay for the days your coach set; you are told two days before one ends.

Under Permissions you can give or withdraw permission at any time. Your child's no to being filmed always stands.

Use Find a trainer or school, or ask your coach or school for their link to join.

Open Invoices; each one shows how to pay it.

Choose "Delete my account" at the foot of any page. It is done straight away.

Open the lesson from your Diary and press Record. Stop hands the recording to upload in the background and Record is ready again at once, so you can film the next part without waiting. A child is filmed only with a parent's or guardian's permission and the child's own agreement; the lesson page tells you if either is missing.

It is still uploading. Keep the page open and the phone online; it carries on where it stopped if the connection drops, and the lesson page shows it as ready when it is done.

On the lesson, add a written or a spoken note to the recording, then send it. The rider, or the parent of a child, is told it is ready; the email carries no video and no link into the record.

For the number of days you choose, from 7 to 90 (14 unless you change it), under Set-up, Teaching hours. Riders are told two days before a video ends.

Set up card payments under Set-up, Card payments (your own Stripe account). Riders you have accepted then book and pay from their portal. If you teach for a school, the school sets its own classes and payments.

From Register, add the rider and invite the adult rider, or the parent of a child, by email. They see your classes once they have accepted.

Under Set-up, Your subscription. If you teach for a school, the school's subscription covers you.

In your school, open Coaches and invite them by email. Each coach takes a seat; Subscription shows your seats and lets you add more.

Open Classes to add a class with its price and times. Change edits it; Retire takes it off sale while families who already hold lessons of it can still book them.

Give families your student registration link, at the top of Riders. A student registers and signs the Code of Conduct before booking a class. Card payments go to the school's own Stripe account, set up under Money.

From Calendar, choose "Book a rider into a class".

Compliance lists what your licence asks for, each line linked to where it is recorded or updated. The accident book and evidence register are kept for audit.

Every open school is listed. Set your town and a few words under Settings, In the directory, and add or remove your coaches from the directory under Coaches.
