The school plan gives a Principal one console for the school's instructors, classes, riders, horses, tack and licence records. Riders register once through the school's link, buy and book, and every diary agrees.
Free to use. Register with your school or instructor, buy a class, choose a time and pay as the class allows. Every lesson is kept in one private record, with the instructor's voice over it and their notes under it.
A register of every item of tack and equipment, with references, fittings, defects that put an item out of service, and a daily checklist that cannot be edited afterwards.

Instructors record and narrate lessons and are then able to share the video and narration with the rider. The video is recorded and shared securely inside the portal, accessible only to the instructor and the rider. The rider can download their video, which erases itself in the portal after an agreed period. The instructor can be found through the directory or through a search option inside the rider portal. A lesson can be paid for, and the timing of the lesson booked, which shows in both the instructor's and the rider's diary. Teachers are able to raise invoices, update their notice board, which is visible to all registered riders, and maintain an up-to-date record of their riders inside their own Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Riding Hall does not score or compare riders. It carries no advertising and sells no data. It keeps a school's licence records but does not decide whether a yard meets its licence conditions, which stays with the yard, and it is designed to welcome feedback, so we can continually improve Riding Hall to be the best it can be for its users. Independent instructors and riding schools subscribe to Riding Hall, and their riders use it free.
